BRANDO

BRANDO is our little black and part white cat. we got him at the human society locally about 3 or more years ago. i never had a pet before so was a bit aprehensive. he is a gem. i feed him often and change his litter. he loves to play games with me. sometimes he does not. he is a move star having his picture taken quite often, and he poses. He wakes us up each day to remind us he needs attention. he sleeps a lot, all over the house which he thinks he owns. he does not cause trouble or get into things, except for an empty grocery bag or an empty box. he thinks life is all about fun. maybe he is right !

My wife adores Brando and is very caring with him. pretty neat. women are like that. love and affection.

he knows exactly the time to eat and what he wants to eat, which dish and where. what a guy !

Brando is my Friend and Companion.

hope this comes out ok cause he is now walking on my computer.

My blessings to the Elmbrook Humane Society for giving us such a nice boy.

  1. It is so true that our Brando is a wonderful, gentle and lovable kitty, who is very well behaved and actually listens to commands, so he is more like a loyal dog then a cat.

Having him for the past 3 plus years has brought out another side of my husband that is seldom seen; he plays with him and takes time to take care of him; it has truly been a joy to have Brando at this stage in our life. He is a wonderful addition to our family.

It is true what they say about having a pet, especially for the very young and senior citizens. We got very lucky with Brando.
  2. Pets whether it be a cat or a dog become part of a family very easily. They offer such an outlet for a persons feelings that they share very intensly. My wife goes to the Dog park on River Road with our dog and has met many people that are now also friends because of their pets and their needed exercise time. Just great !!
  3. Dick, I'm so glad that you and the Ms. have a new member of your household who will keep you busy cleaning the litter box!

Oh, and here's a comment that Ms. Kyle refused to post on her blog because it does not agree with her point of view. Knowing your penchant for fairness, I'm sure that you won't mind my speaking here:

"Oops, that's the third time I've been discarded by blog mom. And that just for saying what everyone already knows about the Republican race.

It's one thing to monitor language. But it's quite another to suppress honest opinion.
None of us owns BrokfieldNOW. The blog is your opportunity to opine about whatever. The comments are our opportunity to respond as we will.

As was pointed out in my original comment: neither of the two Republican frontrunners belong in the White House, and we all know it. Rather than waste a vote on Romney or Gingrich, vote O'Bama. At least then you are sure of what you are getting.

The only real choice is Ron Paul, who will bring with him the end to our continual military meddling round the world, the end to the dichotomy between Constitutional mandate and government practice, and a return to power of the intended fifty individual laboratories of democracy.

Oh, and he'll also return a monetary system we can count on, and money that does not disappear even as we count it.

Note that this post has been saved, and will appear on every blog in town if it does not appear here!

    Have a good one!"

Now that didn't hurt did it Dick?

    Thanks loads!
