Dick Steinberg has resided in the city of Brookfield for 35 years. He served 34 years as municipal judge and has been an attorney for 50 years. He enjoys tennis, golf, biking and creative writing, which includes legal issues, sports, government and people.

Silence of the Issues
There has been a Silence of the Issues that affect every American in one way or another. Candidates for federal offices who seek to take a peek at D.C. avoid these issues that will not go away. Either they have no position and prefer the status quo or they are afraid to lose supporters and voters. By listing some of those issues i encourage you to add more silent issues that are being avoided or pushed to the side. This list is only the tip of the iceberg.
Early Brewer Ratings
The baseball season is still young but some of the naysayers are already counting them out. Of course, thats going too far. Baseball players thrive on warm weather so they have not yet heated up.
The Local TV News
The local TV news is for me the same as everyone else. The TV is easy to turn on and easy to watch, even while eating a meal or relaxing.
